The majority of building works are the subject of statutory control and or consents. The most often required is approval under the Planning Acts related to both land and buildings, whether for a change of designated use, development or alterations.

Works to build new or alter and extend existing buildings and even to renew by way of repair usually require approval under the Building Regulations

With over 20 Years experience in processing applications for these statutory consents, we have established the expertise to efficiently process applications for both the domestic and commercial client alike. This applies equally to obtaining Building Regulation approvals

Processing such applications to a successful conclusion is due in part to our use of up to date computer aided design and our understanding of the requirements of the Local Authority departments which administer the Planning Acts and Building Regulations.
